1. Estimated rent by municipality
Source
Rental Housing Price Index (IPVA) by INE. Dataset t=59060. Annual publication. Base 100 = year 2015.
Formula
The price_base_2015 is an estimate of the provincial median rent for 2015, derived from historical market data. This value is a provincial approximation, not an exact figure per individual municipality.
Coverage
705 Spanish municipalities with more than 10,000 inhabitants. Smaller municipalities are not covered by the IPVA.
